NDI GO HDMI Decoder
Thank you for purchasing and using this product. This guide will help you install, connect, and configure your NDI GO HDMI Decoder. To ensure your safety and avoid permanent damage to the device, please read this guide carefully before use.
1. Packing List

2. Device Overview
Section titled “2. Device Overview”The NDI GO is a dedicated HDMI NDI decoder.
Interface Layout
Section titled “Interface Layout”| Port / Feature | Description |

3. Installation & Connection
Section titled “3. Installation & Connection”Follow the steps below to connect your equipment:
- Connect Display: Connect a monitor to the HDMI port.
- Connect Network: Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN/PoE port.
- Power On: Connect the power adapter to the DC 12V port and toggle the Power Switch to turn on the device.
4. Login & Configuration
Section titled “4. Login & Configuration”Ensure the NDI Go decoder is connected to a network with DHCP enabled. You can access the web management page using the following methods:
Method 1: NDI Studio Monitor
Section titled “Method 1: NDI Studio Monitor”- Open the Studio Monitor application (from NDI Tools) on your computer.
- In the source list, find the device starting with “NDI_GO” (e.g.,
NDI_GO_XXXXX). - Select the device and click the Settings icon (gear) in the bottom right corner.
- The system will automatically redirect you to the Web UI.
Method 2: Windows Network (SSDP)
Section titled “Method 2: Windows Network (SSDP)”- Open the “Network” folder on your computer.
- The system will scan for devices; look for the device name (e.g.,
NDI_Go_XXXX). - Double-click the target device to automatically open the Web UI.

5. Decoding Output
Section titled “5. Decoding Output”You can control the decoding output through the Web UI.
Method 1: Direct Decoding (Simple Mode)
Section titled “Method 1: Direct Decoding (Simple Mode)”- In the decoding page source list, locate your target NDI source (camera, encoder, etc.).
- Click the Up Arrow icon (<↑>) next to the signal source.
- The NDI Go will immediately decode the signal and output it via HDMI.
Method 2: Preset Window Output (Shortcut Mode)
Section titled “Method 2: Preset Window Output (Shortcut Mode)”- Click the Plus icon (+) next to the signal source.
- Select a Preset Position (1-9) from the popup menu.
- Click the corresponding Preset Number Button in the top right of the interface to switch the HDMI output to that source.
6. Maintenance
Section titled “6. Maintenance”Firmware Upgrade
Section titled “Firmware Upgrade”- Go to the “Upgrade” menu.
- Check if the new firmware version is higher than the “Current Firmware Version”.
- Click “Select File”, choose the firmware, and click “Upgrade”.
- Wait approx. 5 minutes. The device will automatically restart.
Factory Reset
Section titled “Factory Reset”If the device malfunctions, you can restore it to factory settings. This resets the password and network settings to default.
- Method 1 (Web): Click “Restore Factory Settings” -> “Restore Factory” in the web console.
- Method 2 (Hardware): Press and hold the Reset button on the bottom of the device for 8 seconds.
