Quick Start Guide

Thank you for choosing the CNDLive Manager Max. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please read this guide thoroughly before use to avoid improper installation or damage to the equipment.

Follow the diagram below to connect your equipment:

  1. Video Output: Connect a monitor via HDMI or SDI cables. (Note: HDMI and SDI can output simultaneously).
  2. Network: Connect Ethernet cables to LAN1 or LAN2.
  3. Power: Connect the C14 power cable and press the Power Switch to start the unit.

You can find the IP address directly on the LCD screen (ensure your network supports DHCP).

  1. Press the “Down” button on the front panel.
  2. Stop when you see the “Wired Network” information screen.
  3. Note the IP Address displayed (e.g., 192.168.0.16).
  1. Open a web browser on your computer.
  2. Enter the IP address found in the previous step.
  3. Enter the default credentials to log in:
    • Username: admin
    • Password: admin
  1. In the Web UI, go to the Device Management area and click Add Device.
  2. Enter the Serial Number of the target device.
    • Tip: You can find the SN on the back of the device or its own webpage.
  3. Click “Apply”.
  4. Important: On the target device itself, go to its Settings -> “CNDLive Manager” and enter the Manager Max’s server IP address and port to complete the pairing.
  1. Open the target project folder in the lower left corner.
  2. Click the plus icon (+) to create a server node and name it.
  3. Add Input Source:
    • Click Input on the left side of the server node.
    • Select “Devices” -> Choose the device you want to add -> Click “OK”.
  4. Add Output:
    • Click Output on the right side of the server node.
    • Select “Network Streams” or “HDMI/SDI”.
    • Select the desired protocol (NDIHX, SRT, TS over UDP, HLS, RTMP/RTMPS, RTSP) and configure the stream.

  1. Navigate to “Setting” > “System” > “Update”.
  2. Check if the “Latest Software Version” is higher than your “Current Software Version”.
  3. Click “Select File”, upload the new firmware, and click “Update”.
  4. The process takes about 5 minutes. The device will reboot automatically.

If the device is not working properly, you can reset it to factory defaults.

  1. On the LCD screen, navigate to the “State” page.
  2. Select “System Settings” > press ”Down” > select ”Reset”.
  3. Click OK to confirm.
  4. The device will reboot, and all configurations (network, passwords) will revert to default values (admin/admin).
