The Golden Rule of IP Video

90% of live production issues can be solved by answering three simple questions in order: 1. Baseband: Is the camera sending a valid signal? 2. Network: Is the Gigabit port blinking and IP reachable? 3. Protocol: Is your network switch blocking multicast (mDNS) or running out of bandwidth?
Always map your signal path mentally before changing any settings! Ensure you keep your device firmware updated via the CNDLive Manager for peak stability.
